shipping: items are mostly ready to ship so please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship. each package is sent USPS with tracking. before placing your order, please verify your address, as i am not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
exchanges: if you received the wrong item, the item does not fit or it arrived damaged, i am happy do an exchange. for exchanges due to sizing issues, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. if you have a sizing question before placing your order, i am happy to help! as some items are limited, please contact me before sending an item back for exchange, so i can be sure to have that item in stock for you.
returns: sorry, i do not accept returns, but exchanges are always welcome.
cancellations: if you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering.
